Homemade pasta

I've just bought a pasta roller/machine and want to try making filled pasta!

Before I go mad buying books and equipment, does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks in advance Smile

I can't help with recommendations, just wanted to suggest you have an extra pair of hands available to help you with the rolling. In our house it's a two person job or it gets out of control Grin

It's a labour of love, but you will be pleased with your efforts. Like the pp said, it is a job for two.

Roll very thin and go very easy on the filling. The last ravioli me and my DH made come out the size of pasties, nothing wrong with that really, but if you're going for bitesize pieces not so good.
