Usually that is absolutely my approach but I'm wavering this one.

I cooked some chicken and lentils for dinner on Friday eve and boxed the leftovers up for work lunches. I've just remembered they're there!

It's been in Tupperware in the fridge. Would you?

Yes, if it looks and smells OK :). What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and all that.

I probably wouldn't after a week though.

Yeah if it looks and smells ok, just make sure you reheat it well.
Some people prep their food for the whole week ahead, this is no different to that.
