Weekly meal plan

I'm planning meals in advance a bit more, as it helps me stay on top of things, diet-wise and just feeling more organised in the week. Also means fewer trips to the supermarket.

I wondered if anyone would like to share weekly meal plans on here? I'd love to see what others are planning as I'm always looking for ideas.

Here is mine for next week:

Mon: chicken curry, rice and naan
Tue: chickpeas with dates & almonds, with couscous
Wed: gammon in cider with honey and mustard, jacket potatoes and salad
Thu: spicy peanut tofu, spinach and rice
Fri: pasta bake with meatballs

@ginsparkles ooh Mediterranean diet sounds tasty - what's prompted that!?
@LadyPrigsbottom Love Cook! My mum got me two weeks worth after my second baby was born. Best baby present ever

@ginsparkles, oh well done dieting. I have been rubbish at this recently! Do you follow a book or anything?

Ah yeah @Littlehouseinthebigcity, it's the best for that! I've ordered a box of ten kids' meals, as mine are so picky at the moment! They can pick and I'm not cooking four different things.

I do 5:2 but on my non fast days I tend to over eat, so I was reading that the Mediterranean way of eating is meant to be really healthy so I thought I would give it a whirl! So I'll keep fasting two days a week with the Mediterranean stuff thrown in!
