Recipes for large amount of milk?

Spottybluepyjamas · 05/07/2020 12:25

We've ended up with about 10 litres of milk - does anyone have any suggestions of any recipes that we can use this for? Sweet, savoury, adult and toddler recipes all welcome! Thank you very much!

That's brilliant. Thank you @Malin52

Make batches of white sauce, freeze flat in bags of one pint or half pint portions. Use for things such as chicken pie, fish pie, lasagna, pasta Alfredo, chicken Supreme. You can add other flavourings at the point of use, like cheese for cod Mornay.
Baked egg custard tart, Manchester tart, drop scones, custard for fruit fools are some other ideas.
