Give me ideas - easy freeze family meals

Wanting a few new recipe ideas that I can cook & freeze for when 2nd baby arrives - thank you 😊

I like freezing lasagne and I find it improves the taste too.

Have a look at The Batch Lady on Facebook - loads of ideas for batch meals and ways to store them so they don't take up much room and are quick to reheat.

I just did a big batch cooking session and made:

• chilli
• bolognese
• meatballs in Jamie's hidden veg sauce
• Chicken Curry
• Pork and Chorizo casserole
• Thai pork curry

If you look up 'The Batch Lady' on YouTube she has some great tips on batching lots of meals in a minimal amount of time! I never used to use pre-prepared veg but actually if you buy the frozen bags they're not more expensive and you can get so many meals done at once! I made nearly everything on that list in one two hour evening session (thankfully the baby stayed asleep 😂 She did NOT do that last time I tried...)
