I’ve become a little addicted to well-fired loaf from Sainsbury’s - it may look like the bakery have incinerated it but it’s lovely - but am wondering if there are independent bakeries somewhere in the UK that sell the same. I’ve not found any in Hampshire.
It may sound a bit mad but would happily travel anywhere to sample the well-fired wares of regional bakeries, so if you know anywhere I should be looking please pipe up!
MTIA....and yes I am aware of health concerns attached to burnt products...
