Does this sound okay for vegan options?

I'm doing some tapas bits for my DB and SIL in a couple of weeks when they visit and SIL is vegan. We'll have bread and some cheeses, so will get some vegan cheese in, and then:

Garlic mushrooms
Green beans
Patatas Bravas
Quorn meatballs in tomato sauce (doing lamb ones for meat eaters)
Corn on the cob

Will do plenty as some dishes will be shared, but does this sound okay? Anything else that would be nice to have?

There's so many great ideas here, how about going all vegan?

I'm a committed meat eater but have a shockingly limited repertoire of vegan and even veggie meals.
I'd love to try some of these and it would be a great spread. And nice probably for your SiL.

I haven't tried making mayo but the Hellman's vegan mayo is very nice. And I agree that Birdseye vegan meatballs are great - you could do patatas bravas and then serve with the meatballs just cooked in the oven without extra tomato sauce.

fourquenelles Username is a reference to an old thread on here. I'm not actually against butter beans Grin

Ihaventgottimeforthis I wouldn't mind, but my DB, who isn't a vegan himself, only gets to eat meat at other people's houses, so he'll be looking forward to that Grin I'm happy to make lots of different things.

Thanks for all the great ideas everyone.
