Flatbread Recipe calls for Easy Yeast...I only have Dried Active

Can I use Dried Active yeast in place of easy blend?

I'm making flatbreads (Rick Stein's recipe).
The recipe calls for 250ml warm water so I assume I would simply top up the yeast/water blend to 250ml before adding to the recipe?

Are there any other things to be taken into consideration? Thanks :)

Just dissolve the yeast in the 250mls warm water before adding to the flour.

Hmm maybe not then. Although I always just use them interchangeably and have never noticed any difference!

Thanks everyone. From the answers here & those I found via google search, it seemed consensus varies from double the number of grams vs just 25% more. I was only working with 350g flour so I compromised & added 1.5 tspns of dried active yeast which I diluted in 150ml water with a tspn of sugar. Once it was frothy I added the additional 100ml water & mixedthe dough. It worked perfectly 😊 Thank you for taking the time to respond!
