Got a jar of apricots in Jim Beam & I would like to make a dessert with them.
Any good ideas welcome 😊

Ooh that sounds lovely. .....some kind of crumble or tatin?
On the other hand i bet they would be nice just with yoghurt...

Apricot cake www.sainsburysmagazine.co.uk/recipes/baking/skinny-apricot-cake
Or put them on a pavlova and drizzle with raspberry coulis

As PP said, apricot crumble is delicous. I put flaked almonds in it, or even grated marzipan if I have any! Also works with crumbled amaretti biscuits in the crumble.
