Excess roast veg - soup, pasta sauce or what?

Made pasta sauce last time by blending with passata but it was a bit rich. Soup maybe?

you could make pasta sauce again but add some mascarpone, will make it less rich.

I add some half fat creme fraiche to the pasta sauce to make it less tomato-ey and rich.

Reheat adding some chilli powder, chicken and a little passata, use to fill fajitas with sour cream and lettuce.
