Kamut is a grain a bit like wheat. I didn't realise about the lemon, ginger and green tea until I got it home. I thought something orientalish? Maybe?

Try it with stir fried vegetables and soy sauce (like carrots, mangetout, baby corn, bean sprouts, peppers ect) and a nice vegetables stock. Or you could just dress it lightly with peanut oil/ veg oil and serve with steamed greens. Yummy!
