Instant pot cookbook

Could I have some cookbook recommendations please? I’ve criminally had an instant pot sitting in my cupboard for over a year, only ever being used as a slow cooker occasionally. I then found a recipe online and was bowled over by how amazing it is! I’d like a cookbook that will baby me through how to use it and make lovely food. (A lot of the ones I’ve found online seem to have issues with conversions, I guess as mostly American) , so a recommendation of a good one would be fab!

I'm not sure that any definitive UK Instant Pot cookbook exists yet. As you say, many of the recipes available are from the US which include ingredients we can't buy. The Modern Multi-Cooker Cookbook isn't bad, but generally I want main course recipes so all the pages of soups and desserts are wasted on me. I have assembled my own cookbook from the internet and also posts here on Mumsnet. It's easy to adapt regular recipes and cook them faster, or to just make things up. Any pre-frying I do in a wok, not the IP as it's simply easier to stir the food around and saves deglazing the pot before pressure cooking. Stainless steel is not the best for frying. I often use it just to cook rice or potatoes to go with a hob or oven meal. I would say I use it nearly every day for something or other.

I like Madhur Jaffrey's Instantly Indian cookbook. It's Indian food, obviously, rather than a general/multi-cuisine introduction to the appliance, but I've found the recipes plenty approachable.

Loads of brilliant recipes on there. The instant pot has been one of my best purchases we use it all the time. There is also an instant pot app (free) with lots of amazing recipes. I have 3 instant pot recipe books and hardly use them in comparison to the app and Facebook page.

It's published in the U.K. so the ingredients are not difficult to find and it's well written and easy to follow.

Your question got me looking at my Instant Pot books. They are nearly all Kindle versions which bring their own problems, one of which is created by barmy book designers who think it's cool to print the ingredients in a small font with light grey ink. It might be ok in a paper book but on an e reader it becomes nearly invisible.
I'll mainly deal with the useful books; as Grand mentioned, and I too earlier, 101 recipes by Jenny Tsch can't spell it, has some good things in it. Another "101 Electric Pressure Cooker Recipes" by Liana Green is pretty good too, aimed at UK readers. Indian Instant Pot by Urvashi Pitre is the best of its kind I have found. The Madhur Jaffrey (paper) book was a deep disappointment (sorry, Slydiad). A nice looking book but literally a pot-boiler, contriving existing recipes to fit the IP. Many did not use the pressure at all, and would have been simpler cooked in a saucepan on the hob. Not to mention the long, long list of ingredients. Most IP owners are looking to save time cooking, not fiddle about with ten or a dozen spices. I soon parted with that book, not tempted by the octopus and crab dishes.
If you're still with me I'll tell you what I cooked this afternoon, no recipe book needed.
I fried chopped onion, pepper, celery and carrot, mixed herbs, till onion was soft, added tinned tomatoes, crushed, stalks pulled out, a big dollop of tomato puree. Pressure cooked, pot in pot for 15 mins. ( IP doesn't much like tomato in the metal pot). Left it till the evening, fried meatballs, added to sauce, 10 mins pressure, while I boiled pasta. An easy delicious meal. You can switch the ingredients around and end up with sweet and sour chicken or goulash, It's much the same approach!
