Any ideas about how to use up clotted cream

It’s good with hot cross buns, it’s good with jam on toast, it’s great on brioche, you can put it in a sandwich with golden syrup or treacle (what they call thunder’n’lightning in Cornwall). It’s bleddy ‘ansum stuff

this Aldi do their own clotted cream, and I get another brand in Morrisons sometimes.

A spoon is all you need!

I forgot there was a tub at the back of the fridge (I know) supposedly 2 weeks out of date.

Don't mix it with anything- just eat it!
