Hi everyone.
Just looking for ideas on food to freeze for meals when you haven't got much time for prep, what do you do? I've bought some foil containers today, hoping to do one a week to get a stock going. I've done lasagne today(6 portions) and a mince beef pie (down to 4 portions because 2 people couldn't leave it alone) .
What keeps the best? Thinking of pasta bake. Also recipes welcome,😬
