Ice Cream Recipes

What are your favourites? I've been making ice cream during lockdown. Bought a Cuisinart machine and it's great.
Some of my ice creams are successful, some not so much.

My favourite homemade ice cream is plain old vanilla made with real vanilla pods.

Other good flavours are Delia’s rhubarb crumble and lemon meringue. Ottolenghi does a halwa flavour one I like too.

The ice cream book to buy is Perfect Scoop’ by David Leibovitz. Lots of interesting flavours there to try.

I’d be interested in this as well as I’d like an ice cream maker. Since getting a bread maker, I’m enjoying cooking from scratch again.

I made a simple condensed milk earlier ice cream today. Just to try.....and cos I love condensed milk. It is gorgeous. So silky and soft serve.
