Gone off meat.

For some reason, any sort of meat (excluding chicken) is really starting to revolt me, everything about it! Especially bacon! Envy

Even eating chicken gives me uneasy feelings, I have no idea why as this time a few months ago a bacon sandwich would have been palatable!

This has only been for the last 6 months or so, has anyone found similar experiences?

Also looking for suggestions for veggie options and meat alternatives as not been having proper meals and feel my energy plummeting only snacking most days, not fussy so any recommendations appreciated!

How did that duplication happen?
You really need to investigate veggie options with regard to protein.

I have a revulsion of meat and fishwhich comes and goes. It is usually worse when I am feeling under pressure/ mental health isn't great.
I usually avoid meat and fish for a while and it wanes.

So just be a veggie. WAY more healthy 🤷‍♀️

When I was pregnant yes, I couldn't eat red meat the full time I was pregnant. Took me about 6 months after dd was born to be able to eat meat again.

This happened to me. (I wasn't pregnant) just decided to go veggie and never looked back.

What sort of things do you eat normally? There are many veggie things!

Bean chilli? Or with Quorn mince?
Lentil ragu
Curries - lentil, chickpea, any veg combinations - I started a thread here for inspiration - lots of people posted ideas.
Veggie lasagna - with veg, or Quorn mince, or spinach and ricotta.
Tesco published a nice veggie sausage casserole in their recipe section.
Homemade pasta sauce.

Look up minimalist baker - Instagram or her website. Delicious recipes. Its an American one so ingredients are sometimes a bit out there and need subbing for something you can find here! But she has brilliant recipes. I love her Singapore noodles.

Jack Monroe has a vegan section.

There's pretty much a veggie equivalent of anything.
Quorn nuggets are my guilty secret. They're delicious. Aldi do a nice range of quick and easy things to put in the oven for a quick tea. Their asparagus and emental parcels are nice.

Anywhere you'd use mince use tinned lentils.
Jack fruit in fajitas instead of chicken
Jack Monroe's veggie burger recipes are really really good.
