Rice that’s too spicy

So I had a go at a bit of makeshift dirty rice type dish (no meat as was siding with meat)

It’s blown my head off. Pains me to waste it, any suggestions of what I could do with it now?

How about making some unseasoned rice & mixing the 2?

Put in a sieve and pour through some boiling water?
Use it as it is but serve with some cucumber raita?
Use it as side dish for something with a creamy sauce?

Judicious addition of plain yoghurt or coconut milk.

You can add any kind of fat that will take up the capsaicin from the chili. This can be full fat cream, natural yogurt, butter, nut butters or coconut cream.
