Im trying to reduce our food bill which has gotten slightly out of hand in recent months.
I need some quick, simple, budget friendly and relatively healthy meal ideas? I'm vegetarian, rest of the family are not. No allergies or major food aversions. It's for me, DH and 12 month old DD (DS has autism so only eats certain things).
All I can think of is egg, chips and beans, beans on toast, omelette, Toasties.
Any other ideas? Not soup, as I only like that in winter. Thank you.
