Hello, can anyone help me? I'm looking for a healthy eating recipe book that might plan it for me so if i buy say a pot of creme fraiche I don't just use 1tbsp and then that's it for the rest of the week and I end up chucking it out? Does one of these exist? I'm not sure what to Google. I don't want to waste food.

Save with Jamie is quite good in that it shows you how to make a main dish and deliberately create leftovers to be used in future dishes, so it's designed so you don't have to throw stuff away. Not particularly focused on healthy eating as in diet foods, but it's good reasonably healthy family food. Or try meal planning around one or two dishes - so you pick a couple of meals you'd like to eat, then work out what the leftover ingredients will be and put them into a recipe generator e.g. on bbc good food and see what takes your fancy and doesn't use too many other non-storecupboard ingredients

Try supercook.com.
Input a few ingredients, & it gives suggestions
