Trifle, fool, add to a fruit salad, in a cream cake?

Boil them down with some sugar into a syrup to have in a gin cocktail? Or in a glass of Prosecco.

Or mash up with cream and meringues and make an Eton mess

Make a compote, add raspberries and sugar, bit of of honey and some mint. Serve with ricotta pancakes and whipped cream..

Have you got any other fruit to make a crumble?

ElvisPresleysSideburns · 01/06/2020 15:23

Ooh, some good ideas, thank you.

No, Smellbellina, only an orange and some grapes until my next delivery on Wednesday. I could add some apples to my order then though.

Put them on top of a baked cheesecake.

Mush them up really well and put it onto a Victora sponge instead of jam.

Sorbet? I made strawberry sorbet with some frozen strawberries, sugar made I to sugar syrup and lemon juice. It's lovely and I'm sure you could do something similar with raspberries.

Hot raspberry glacé - hot raspberries poured over vanilla ice cream

Add meringues and double cream to this weeks shopping and have pavlovas

We made raspberry jelly for tea and put raspberries in.
Also use them in fruit salad, muffins (go nicely with white chocolate), on their own with something sweet like cream /ice cream.
