English Muffins

I want to make English muffins but I don’t have rice flour or cornmeal which the recipe calls for. Does anyone know of a substitute I could use?

I’ve never used either when I make them ...I use this recipe www.deliaonline.com/recipes/seasons/winter/english-muffins
