Sesame seeds,chicken breast

I need to use up some sesame seeds.

Has anyone got a chicken recipe which goes in the oven rather than frying,

Vaguely remember making an Anabel Karmel one years ago

Make escalopes by batting out the chicken breast, dip in flour and egg then a mix of seeds and breadcrumbs. Or probably just seeds would be ok. Then bake.
