Khorasan bread

Does anyone have a good recipe for bread using Khorasan flour? I've never used it before.

All of the recipes I've found online are for sourdough loaves and I don't really want to get into that.

There is this one, and although it has a long rest period it isn't a true sourdough.
Khorasan wheat comes from Northern Iran and Afghanistan and because of the large size of the grain, is used for camel feed.
