Beef is the only out of date meat I'd eat unless it stinks!

If you can't smell anything bad, go for it. I'm still annoyed that the mince I went to use last night had gone smelly despite still having two days left on the date.

I've just had a look (but not smelt it yet, I have no sense of smell) and it was packed on 12th of May so perhaps it was still in the fields recently. I have it well done anyway so we'll see. Maybe we will have to have steak in tiger bread for brunch!
