We make pizzas fairly often. I use a pretty typical recipe, knead for 5 mins and it always turns out fine. There’s a lot of clearing up though (as kids help usually)
Does anyone freeze their pizza dough? I have searched online but just wondered if anyone has any tips. Do I freeze before:after i have left to prove/rise?
Will just be handy if I can make a decent batch up For quick meals 🤞🏼
