Can you help me figure out what I can safely re-freeze in my neighbours's freezer (most things still feel pretty solid expect icecream / lollies / bread)

What should I cook / use today

Cook from frozen jacket potatoes

Chicken nuggets (x 1 million)

I am going to be of virtually no help here, but could you cook the salmon fillets and refreeze?

As a side issue, you should be able to claim on your household insurance for the loss of food.
This happened to me, & I received about half the cost of a new freezer.
