I need it for a recipe and havent a clue were to get it , what it looks like , and after googling not to happy about using it. Is there a subsitute???? Can anyone help please??

They deliver fast, within a couple of days. ALso I have a large bottle of it, if you are close to North London(crouch End) I could give you some!

Melsy ... I'm curious - what are you making? I was looking for it last week and couldn't get it but as it was for icing I substituted milk.
