I can feel another BBQ coming on this bank holiday. We have been so marvellously lucky with the weather over this shitty virus season. So much so that I could do with some ideas to provide some variety!
I'll start with my staples:
Portabello mushrooms stuffed with Boursin
Skewers with Chorizo, Prawns, Halloumi, Mushrooms and Bell Pepper smothered in garlic puree.
Your classic Sausages and burgers.
Tuna steak
