Reasonable stew portion

I've frozen venison stew in plastic soup comtainers so about 600ml. Is this a portion for one person or two?

Sorry it's been ages since we've eaten stew and I've lost the plot.

DH has a hearty appetite and he is working long punishing shifts at the hospital at the moment and I don't want to serve him a tiny dinner tonight!

With mash and veg, I would say it was enough for two but DH would say a single portion!

If you wanted to stretch it, could you use it as filling for a couple of pasties?

Thinking about it the opposite way around, if someone served me 300ml as a single portion I'd be quite happy, but DH would say it wasn't enough for him. So I think it depends on the appetites involved!
