I made a big batch of white sauce to go on cauliflower cheese 2 weeks ago. I had loads left over so I froze it. I took it out of the freezer last night to defrost (planning to make some mac&cheese today) and this morning it looks quite an unappealing grey colour.
Has anyone experienced this? And do you think it'll be ok to eat? Smells ok, and a little taste I had was ok
