reheating rice twice

Sorry if this has been asked before. I made rice yesterday to have with curry. I made too much, and it went in the fridge within an hour. DH has requested egg fried rice to take to work tomorrow. If I make the egg fried rice today, he will have to reheat it in the microwave at work. Therefore being boiled, then fried, then microwaved. Is this a no no??

Do not reheat more than once.

Thanks :) Going to make it for dinner instead so we can eat it straight away

Even I wouldn’t reheat it twice (so that would be a nooooooooooo). What a shame - sounds nice.
