Par boiled potatoes

Was intending to have Roast Dinner today. Chicen still frozen, however. Will my parboiled roasties be ok well covered & fridged overnight or should I freeze them? Intend to have them tomorrow....TY

Depends how long they were par-boiled for. If not enough, they will go black overnight
