I ordered a small cauliflower and the farmshop has accidentally sent me the world's biggest Savoy cabbage 
Unfortunately I have the world's smallest fridge in a tiny London kitchen and it doesn't even fit in it without removing a shelf. Even if it did, it would leave no room for the rest of my delivery.
Anyone have any good ideas for how to store the monster and recipes to use it up? I have a tiny bit of space in the freezer.
