The gingerbread men you buy in Tesco/asda- has anyone got the recipe?

They are all I can eat when stressed - so I need to make my own, Dolphins and Cactuses and pineapple!

Does anyone have a similar recipe?

The BBC gingerbread recipe I have is pretty similar. But you need a touch more sugar to make them taste the same.
