I'm trying to track down Prue Leith's "Carrot & Coriander Soup" recipe. Has anybody got it by any chance, and could they please post it? I've read in an online discussion that it's delicious & am intrigued...
Also, out of interest - do you put coriander the spice, the herb or both in your Carrot & Coriander soup?
