SELF CATERING IN CARIBBEAN WITH COELIAC DISEASE

Am very lucky to be going on a self catering holiday to Barbados in a couple of weeks. My DD, 3.5 years, has coeliac's disease. Does anyone know if I can get hold of gluten free products in the Caribbean? Thanks

sorry dont know.my son has wheat intolerance and when we went to lanzorote i checked phrase book for translation of wheat and gluten and kept paper in my purse so I could check ingredients. could u possibly pack some stuff like cereal?
