I havetried umpteen of her recipes
All fab dead easy once you get properly stocked up (I did all mine online from www.spicesofindia.co.uk)
My butcher joints chicken legs for me happily and lamb bits
I never knew he could until I asked

Tis wonderful our house smells gorgeous
if you like Indian Food, even if you like mild fragrant or mad heated stuff, it is brilliant.
Nuff said

Yes, did the lamb thing she did on the show the other week (only used chicken instead) Was gorgeous and very authentic ie not like my usual attemots at "curry". Too much water though in her recipe, had to reduce for a lot longer than she said
