00 flour - any bread recipes that will work in a machine

Couldn’t get hold of strong flour but managed to get a 10kg bag of 00 flour (I know very lucky). I don’t intend to have pizza every night for the next month!

Does anyone have a decent bread maker recipe please?

I use 00 flour to make my weekly sourdough loaf. Use it like any bread flour.

Thanks mominatrix. It’s making a denser bread than I’m used to so I was wondering if I’m doing something wrong.

Two things could be causing this - not kneading for long enough or nor proofing long enough. Might have to revise both steps to account for this.

Thanks. I use a bread maker so will use settings with longer rising and kneading times.
