So like everybody else in the world right now, I'm baking! But everything I need to cook in the oven is just burning on the outside and not cooking in the middle. Have tried 2 types of bread and scones but all doing the same.
Have followed the recipes and correct oven temps, always pre-heat the oven before I start so I don't no where I am going wrong. Sometimes I am leaving things in twice as long as I should be and they are well overdone on the outside and still not quite there in the middle.. Any advice?
