Struggling to think of family meals

My kids have sucked all the joy out of cooking and I'm honestly getting fed up of trying to think of meals. I have two small kids. Eldest has a fairly restricted diet due to autism, but I can work around him.
My DD is 11 months old and hates anything that has a touch of spice or heat. A korma is the limit. I can't even put mustard powder in cheese sauce or she cries!!

I also need it to be quick as they're both demanding so I haven't got time to faff in the kitchen (although cooking used to be my decompression time before kids 😩), or able to go in the slow cooker. Or freeze well.

So far, I've got spaghetti Bolognese, lasagne, pasta and sauce, jacket with beans and cheese, chicken korma...
DD likes quiche which I can make the night before sometimes.
What else can I make coz I'm stumped?
