I'm on slimming world and need to make a picnic for tomorrow.

Somebody suggestede frittata that could be made today and cut into slices for tomorrow but i don't know how to make it

potato salad question

I've boiled small new potatoes

I have v low fat fromage frais

I have fresh chives

Should I add garlic? cooked? Crushed?

Try waiting till it's cooled down, then gently ease a fish slice underneath.

Oh, well, for future reference, you need to brush the tray with butter or frylight ahem...

When it's cool down I'm sure it will come out no problem
