Lockdown scones

Looks like MN has been honing their baking skills over the last few weeks.

Anyone want to share their best ever fruit scone recipe? My are mediocre at best.

These are the most simple scones ever. I put 1/4 cup of sultanas in for fruit scones but actually I find the 3tbs of caster sugar too sweet so only ever out 2 in whether I put fruit in or not.

I put a tsp of mixed spice in mine, gives it a lovely flavour
