Leftover Egg Yolks

What can I make with 2 egg yolks? I’ve just made granola which called for egg whites, I don’t want to chuck the yolks.

I normally have the opposite problem as we use the yolks for custard or custard-based ice cream. I have recently been using the leftover whites to make granola!
