Turkey Steaks

Maybe a silly question, but what do you cook with Turkey Steaks or how do you cook them?
I only ever cook turkey at Christmas, but bought a meat pack type thing from the butcher which contains Turkey steaks so just looking for the best ideas on how to cook them?

Turkey steak, battered a bit flatter, thin spread of Dijon mustard, slice of ham, slice of cheese, sprinkle of sage. Dip in egg, flour & breadcrumbs and shallow fry or bake until golden brown.

We had them today. Cooked them under the grill then cut into strips to have with noodles and stir fry veg

Treat them like you would chicken.

I make a turkey supreme type thing.
Onion, sliced up turkey cooked in pan then add tin of chicken soup and a handful of sweet corn.
Pour over rice.
