Please Help with defrosted chicken before my OH poisons us all

I have bought food from a whole salers and no instructions apart from how to defrost

It is a pre cooked chicken escalope that is frozen. Instructions are to leave in fridge overnight to defrost and use within 3 days.

How should I cook it?

OH is willing to try anything to eat it and I'm worried !🤣

I’d defrost it for 24h in the fridge and then fry it for around 12 minutes if it’s a thin escalope.
