Lockdown List - kitchen equipment.

Will anyone else be coming out of lockdown with a list of new kitchen equipment that they want/need?

So far I want...

A new rolling pin - my 4 inch wooden one just isn't cutting it.
Baking tray - ideally a Le creuset cookie sheet.
Chapatti press- we’re eating a lot of Indian food on this lockdown
Food processor - mine has died.

Any recommendations? What’s on your list, what else might I need?

Just a couple of frying pans - I threw mine out a couple of weeks before in a "these are all just rubbish" pancake cooking moment, and hadn't replaced them. I do still have the big one thankfully as that was okay.

Any recommendations? Ceramic hobs.

Yes I could also do with some new frying pans too - a few smaller ones. I've been making me and DS american pancakes every morning.
