My dd has a fairly limited diet and wouldn't eat anything like spaghetti bolagnaise or anything with a sauce/mixed food. We get by on a rotation of mainly fish fingers or breaded haddock with chips/waffles, chicken with chips/mash, omelette, and pizza. The very occasional jacket potato though she won't always eat those. All served with one or two of the following: carrot, peas, sweetcorn, cucumber, red/orange pepper, beans.

Schnitzel and wedges
Home made pies, either bacon and egg or chicken and veggie
Fettuccine Alfredo with garlic or herb bread
Ham and cheese pastries
Home made pizza using English muffins as a base

For more adventurous eaters I'd do things like sausage casserole, lasagne, stir fries, chilli con carne (doesn't have to be spicy), fajitas. Meat, veg and potato type meals, seasoned chicken/pork breasts with a little mayonnaise in a nice bread roll. Spanish omelette, stews, shepherd pie, fish pie, pie pie (like pastry pie.. chicken or beef or whatever).. quiche, risotto, curries etc.

A nice easy stir fry I like is pork with grated or thinly sliced carrot, onion, spring onion, grated ginger, bit of soy sauce, bit of fish sauce, bit of siracha, some honey and a pinch of sugar. I like it with rice. Usually put some sesame seeds in if I have them too.

Oh and rice vinegar (in the stir fry). Probably about a tablespoon of all the different things except two tablespoons of siracha (I don't actually know I just do it by taste).

@weenurse

Could you possibly share the recipes for pasties and pizza?

Thank you.

Pizza is half an English muffin, topped with pizza sauce and the whatever they want, mushrooms, pineapple, ham, salami, peppers etc, topped with cheese and into the oven at 180 C until done.
Pastries is puff pastry sheet from supermarket cut into 4 quarters.
Finely cut ham and grated cheese onto squares fold into triangles and crimp edges with fork, cut a vent slit and paint with milk, into pre heated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes.
