Can you cook minced meat in the microwave???

Getting my new cooker tomorrow, but still only have microwave to cook this evening and fed up of jacket potatoes. Have mince and was gonna attempt making spag bol in the microwave.

I'm crap at things like this. I know I tried to defrost some once and it did start to brown. Not even sure I should have tried to defrost it !

think I will stick to jacket potatoes again.

Yes you can cook mince in the microwave. It wont go nice and brown the same as frying it off but it will be perfectly ok, and if its got bolognaise sauce on then the colour wont notice anyway
