Savoy cabbage

I got a fruit and veg box delivered (seriously exciting! So much nice things to eat!)

One of which was a Savoy cabbage, that I have never cooked with before, so I am in need of some recipes to try.

My favourite thing to do with cabbage is braise it, like in this recipe. If you have a little more time you can also add some sliced onions, some sugar or some apple or dried fruit, and a splash of vinegar and cook it down a little longer - I enjoy the slow cook method because I like my cabbage really soft but if you prefer it more crunchy just adjust the cooking time accordingly. Really nice with sausage and mash, or as a side for any 'meat and 2 veg' type meal.

Or the other thing I like to do is finely shred it down and then add to stir fries. Or you can do Colcannon?
