What can I make with mince? We have no chopped tomatoes. We have potatoes, loads of herbs and spices, pasta, beans..

Not burgers as we had them yesterday.

What else do you have? Onions? Carrots? You could make a decent cottage pie if you have those plus store cupboard bits like Worcester sauce, stock cubes, etc

We used to have mince cooked with baked beans and onion, with mash on top. Cheats shepherd's pie.

Meatloaf. Serve it with potatoes and baked beans (for the sauce).

We have onions and carrots (frozen) - cottage pie with beans is a good idea thank you!

Mince and dumplings, or mince Cobbler with a scone topping.
Or layers of mince and thinly sliced potatoes alternating, like you would build a lasagna. Make your final layer of potatoes. Bake well covered with foil, check in case you need to add extra stock during cooking.

Keema curry with the mince, and an accompanying aloo curry with the potatoes.
